Taking care of yourself should be the first thing you do in the morning.
Last year was rough for me, and I didn’t prioritise myself enough.
Now, I take 15 minutes every day to start the day with some self-care. I’ve grown to love doing my hair. I use the Panasonic Nanoee to give me that little extra confidence I need.
It helps reduce split ends and breakage with the moisture+ technology and just makes my hair sleeker.
Also, it has intelligent sensing to prevent hair from overheating!
Once I’ve done this little ritual, I feel more relaxed and ready to take on the day.
My clients stop haemorrhaging leads when they implement this one simple shift ✍️
My clients come to me because they feel like the more they post, the less traction they’re getting with potential clients.
And while they are GREAT at explaining why and how their offers are life-changing…
They're also overwriting their posts, not because they're bad writers but because they are experts at what they do and could talk about it for hours.
Adding all the detail and value they can, because they’re trying to cram as much information as possible in every sentence.
The problem? Your dream clients do NOT care for long explanations or all the nuance that takes your 8-slide carousel to 15+.
Your dream clients care way more about:
* Connecting with YOU, to build trust that makes it easier for them to buy
* What they can take away from your content to see immediate results
Here are the steps I use with my clients to turn long, wordy posts into high-performing content that actually gets people curious for more and gets people in your DMs asking for your offers:

One year ago, I quit a career I had worked for 6 years with no backup plan.
I came to London when I was 22 and, and in 7 years, made my way from bartender to a Lead role in Tech.
I was one of the few women in the department, and one of the even fewer leading a team.
Then I quit with nothing planned.
I knew I wanted to be self-employed, but I didn’t know how…yet.
I didn’t hate being employed; I hated not being able to see my family back home without giving up all of my annual leave.
Honestly, I hated working hard so that the CEO could buy another property when I was still struggling to save money.
So I tried different things over the next few months...
I tried being a TikTok London life creator, but I was too much of a homebody 😅
I tried being a photographer, but I always resonated more with writing.
And you know what was holding me back from achieving that dream? Pride.
This idea was that I was meant to be the person who would figure out everything by themselves.
